There are several features on our range of machines have which have been designed specifically to help hire shops manage and even reduce their TCO.

Tool-free attachment

Many of our crushers and lifters come with attachments. These all feature tool-free release for easy attachment/detachment of accessories depending on the specific job in hand. Not only does this reduce the time spent getting machines ready for hire, but attachments can be shared across machines, reducing the initial investment cost.

Easy transportation

Our machines are design to be compact, yet powerful. This means making sure our machines are as easy as possible for hire companies to load up and delivery to different locations. Our machines all come with lifting points and several tie-down points, and most as light enough to fit in the back of a medium van, trailer or 4x4 buck!

User friendly

All our machines have been designed with incredibly simple controls, so minimal training is required for professional or DIY hirers. Our crushers also feature ‘no stress’ and ‘anti-stall’ technology programmed into the machine’s electronic control unit (ECU), greatly reducing the need for a customer to call engineers out to fix ‘jammed’ machines.

Simple maintenace

The daily maintenance across all of our machines is the application of 5 pumps of oil to 3 easily accessible grease nipples – and that’s it! Depending on the level of use, the jaw plates on our crushers receive the highest wear levels, but they are easily replaced and spares can easily be ordered from our UK-based warehouse in Suffolk.

All our machines are designed and built in our Suffolk factory. We are incredibly proud that around 90% of our machines parts are sourced from within 50 miles of our factory.
